Each section will give you an approx delivery time. Many of our personalised items come from different suppliers and they all work to different timescales. The estimated delivery time is for guidance only and under no circumstances can be guaranteed. This will increase during busy periods ie 3 weeks before Easter and also October, November and December due to the Christmas period. See the shipping and payment section for more information.
It is a good idea to print off your order using the print button which can be found at the bottom of the page where you enter your personal information at the checkout. Also, please make sure that you give a correct email otherwise you will not receive your confirmation. You can also track you order by following the link shown on your confirmation email.
RETURNS POLICY: In the event that you receive a faulty or incorrectly personalised item please contact us for a replacement. Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, which can be found at

Personalised items can only be exchanged if they are faulty or contain a spelling error which is down to ourselves. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. This will be done free of charge. Refunds cannot be given on personalised items.
Please make sure the personalised information is correct. If an item has an error due to the customer, there will be an additional charge for a replacement. This will depend on what the item is as to whether the customer will be charged the full or a reduced amount. If you do discover that you have made an error and the order has been submitted, please telephone or email immediately to notify us.
