Payment Information

When paying for items at the checkout, you will be asked to select a payment method.  You will then be taken to the secure section of the website which is controlled by Globecharge.  When you are in the secure section you will see that the website address begins with the letters https.   After you have submitted your order providing you have given a correct email address, you will receive an automated confirmation that provides a link where you can check the status of your order. 

We do not process your credit card immediately when you have placed your order.  It will not be charged until we are ready to process your order.  This may take 2 to 3 working days or slightly longer during the Easter and Christmas period.   Our online shopping cart does not confirm funds are available in your account.  Should your card be declined we will notify you by telephone or email.

If you wish to pay by Paypal, the checkout will automatically take you to the Paypal screen where you can complete your transaction.  You can use this method to pay by credit card even if you do not have an existing account. More and more companies are offering Paypal as a payment option and is a secure and useful way to pay for goods over the internet.

If you do not receive an automated confirmation of your order then please write to us at sales@mylittleadventure.co.uk and we will send you a manual confirmation.  Unfortunately, if your email address has been mistyped on your original order you will be unable to track your order.
