When paying for items at the checkout, you will be asked to select a payment method. You will then be taken to the secure section of the website which is controlled by Globecharge. When you are in the secure section you will see that the website address begins with the letters https. Your payment card details will be stored on the secure Globecharge server and not our website server. After you have submitted your order providing you have given a correct email address, you will receive an automated confirmation that has a link where you can check the status of your order. Your payment will be processed only when your order is ready to be processed. This may take up to 48 hours depending on how busy we are.
If you do not receive an automated confirmation of your order then please write to us at sales@mylittleadventure.co.uk and we will send you a manual confirmation. Unfortunately, if your email address has been mistyped on your original order you will be unable to track your order.
